Fried rice with mutton

Is there anyone who loves lamb? Raise your hands and let me see you of you do! There’s a saying that “taking radish in winter and ginger in summer,” so eating a full bowl of hot fried rice with mutton (there are carrots in there) is so satisfying in winter~
Prepare ingredients
Lamb (it’s better if it contains some fats), carrots, onion, raisins, rice

At first, we need to put rice in the water. If you want to eat for lunch, you can do this when you get up (I mean get up is not twelve clock at noon…). Cut lamb into small pieces, cut carrots into shred, and cut onion into small pieces as well.

Lunchtime! Finally! Put pot on the fire, when the pot is hot, pour some oil in the pot. Then, put lamb in the pot, add a little bit of salt. When the lamb changes color, take it out. (At this time, you can start boil some water on the side.)

You can use the same pot. Put the onion in there and stir-fry for a while until it changes color and you can smell. Then, put the shredded carrots in there and continue stir-fry.

When carrots become soft, put the cooked lamb in the pot. Add some salt, and a little bit of soy sauce.

Put the soaked rice on vegetables and lamb. Use slice to resurface the rice to make it flat.

The water that we put on fire should be boiled now. Pour some water in the pot, add until the water surface is the same height of the rice (however, the amounts of the water you add is depend on the time you soak the rice. If you soak rice for overnight, you should add less water. You should add water to the extend that you can barely see water through the spaces between rice grains.) Remember, do not add too much water, or the rice will be soft and tastes greasy. It tastes the best when rice grains are a little bit hard and you can see each grain clearly~

After you add water, put fire on middle and put on the coverlid. Then you can go somewhere to play and wait~

Check your food after about 20 minutes, when water almost gone, put some raisons on the top. Then put back the coverlid and continue to stew.

After about 5 minutes, when raisins absorb water and become chubby, use slice to mix the rice, vegetables and lamb. If you can’t wait, you can start eating now. If you like crispy rice, you can turn off the fire and eagerly wait for another 5 minutes~
