Bean curd Salad

If you like to try refreshing, sour, and spicy taste, then come and try this bean curd salad! This is literally my favorite cold dish! It is good for the summer on a hot day. The sour taste diminishes the spiciness of the peppers, but still has that spicy kick to it.
If you like spicy food, then come try it~
Ingredients can be found in Asian super markets.

Ingredients:
1 bag Bean curd sticks
2 pieces Ginger
8 cloves Garlic
2 Serrano peppers
2 Red chili peppers
3 Pickled green chili
Soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, chicken stock powder, corn oil
PS. If you cannot eat spicy food, eliminate serrano peppers and red chili peppers, only use half of the pickled green chili
Steps:
1. Soak bean curd sticks into cold water at least for one hour, until it becomes soft and easy to cut.

2. Wash the bean curd sticks, then cut into strips. Boil a pot of water to cook the bean curd sticks.

3. Prepare other ingredients. Minced the garlic and ginger, cut all the chili peppers into small pieces (Caution: wear gloves when cutting peppers, or spread a thin layer on your hand before cutting, avoid touch other parts of the body when cutting peppers, it burns!)

4. After the water is bring to boiled, add bean curds and cook for 2 minutes. Then, remove them from water and set it aside.

5. Heat 50 mL of corn oil in another frying pan, add in garlic and ginger, and stir fry until garlic is golden. Then, add all the chili peppers. Before removing from the pan, seasoned with salt.

6. Place all the chili peppers, garlic, and ginger on the bean curd. Mix well.

7. Prepare sauce, Mix Soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, pinch of sugar, salt, chicken stock powder together. After mixing, drenched sauce onto the bean curd. Mix well.

8. If you like cilantro, add some. Wrap in plastic wrap then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

9. Now it is ready to be served~Enjoy
